We're looking for a Payments and Operations Specialist to keep Shaype's UK settlement, reconciliation and payments cycle running each day, picking up financial crime work alongside it. You will own the UK daily cycle end to end: settlement, reconciliation, payments and second-line client support, delivered to daily cut-offs. We're seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our Northern Ireland team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Delivery (UK), they will sit at the intersection of business requirements, technical delivery, and project governance. This role works closely with Shaype's Product Delivery Manager, the Tech Lead and regional Business Analysts to gather, document and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specifications and delivery plans, and manage the project governance needed to get new products and features live.
